Music on, bodies moving. A proper warm-up and stretch so everyone's ready to go.
The basics of hip hop and street: bounces, rocks, steps and freestyle. Everyone finds their own style.
High-energy combinations to the latest chart hits. Great exercise, though nobody notices.
Put it all together in a routine. Then the big finish, and the dramatic freeze.

Absolutely. Lots of our dancers started on their very first day with us. Kirstin will make sure they feel at home.
[Confirm: e.g. comfy clothes they can move in and clean trainers]
